SOS NOT SENDING MESSAGES

Can’t get SOS to send the messages to contacts

It happens on 2 different phone so probably is a setting

Call apple support couldn’t solve it

Being able to alert someone in the event of an emergency is critical. We're happy to look into this trouble you're having with the Emergency SOS not sending texts to your contacts. Since this happened on two different phones, were you using the same emergency contacts on both? Have you tried other contacts, and if so does the issue persist?

Yes I try with another phone same results

it looks like is something wrong whit Mms messages but I check configuration with another IPhone 11 and the are the same but we get different results

The other only different things is that I report my phone to a government institution that block all telemarking calls to you phone , I don’t know if this will make a different

Hey Chimex2020,

Thanks for the follow-up info. Let's look into this a little further. Are you able to send a regular MMS text to any of your current emergency contacts? Have you contacted your wireless carrier about this MMS issue you're having? And do you report the telemarketing callers using an app? If do, can you disable that app and try your emergency text again?
