Hey there, ummi272.

After reviewing your post, it appears that you're unable to clear Documents & Data from Safari on your iPhone. Your screenshot shows Safari is using 7.13GB of storage, and we're glad to help with this.

Change your iCloud feature settings -- First, go to Settings > [your name] > and make sure Safari is off.

Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- Then clear the history and cookies from Safari and restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone

Once it's back to the Home screen, check Safari storage again.

If it wasn't reduced to something more manageable, please contact Apple Support.

Get Support — After selecting this link, type "Safari" in the Search topics field, and select  "Safari questions or troubleshooting" from the Results. Then choose how you'd like to start the conversation with Apple Support.

Take care.
