I can’t access any of my emails etc

my phone keeps freezing I’m not sure why? I can’t access any off my emails, once I click the email icon it says no mail.. I’m not sure how to fix that, can you help?

Which email account are you referring to? Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other

If you can't receive email in the Mail app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, there are a few things you can try.
