If it doesn't help, you should contact Apple support or your nearby retail Apple Store is open, try to make Genius Bar reservation or take your MacBook Pro to opened Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined it.

Can you provide the year/model of your Mac? Without this information, it is hard to say and would be like asking, "my car doesn't work..." but some general suggestions:

1. Reset the SMC
2. For a Macbook, check if the battery is charging. Older ones have a light on the MagSafe charger - what does yours show?
3. Also for a Macbook, checked the charger / cable - is there any damage?
