How can I delete or change an entry I made in the Health App? I have made a couple of errors entering information in the Health App (incorrect time, date, etc.). Is it possible to open /edit / delete these entries?

How to edit health app entry? I accidentally entered 45 miles of cycling instead of 45 minutes and now I can’t figure out how to edit or delete it. Help!

Open Health app

Activity > Swiming Distance > Show all data > Swipe left and delete

Add Manually the correct data.
