How do I stop prompts and pop-ups in MacBook Pro Catalina?

I edit films, mostly with FCPX. Every time I export out a film or sequence I get pop-ups telling me I've just 'shared' something. Sometimes I have to export twenty sequences in a row ... and I get twenty pop-up boxes appearing on my screen. How can I turn off this function in Catalina or FCPX?

Sharingd pop-up still pops up after upgrading to Monterey Hi, someone suggested here somewhere that upgrading to a new version of Mac OS might solve the problem of the sharingd pop-up popping up. Unfortunately it's not the case, though it only shows itself for a second now and then it's gone... I'm not keen on installing 3rd party software to fix it, so has anyone been lucky so far in removing it without doing this? Opening an app/program on iMac prompts me to like open a file first? I just got a new iMac M1 running 12.5.1 Monterey. But I cant figure out what setting is causing this. Every application I open (be it Pages, Numbers, Quicktime...anything) opens up with like a prompt page like it wants me to open or find an existing file first...rather than just taking me to the normal start-up page of the app. How do I fix this? This is an example from Pages. I open the app and this pops up first. I can then hit that New Document button or cancel and it takes me to the normal app page. How can I stop this? What do I have selected that is doing this? This happens with every single app I open.

Unable to delete application 'Lookup Tools' from laptop An application calling itself "Lookup Tool" keeps popping up on my MacBook Pro screen. I can't find it to delete it? I do not think it has anything to do with Apple. Thanks

Notifications System Preferences. Find FCPX and turn off notifications.
