Apple says my card failed and won’t let me renter it

I went to purchase something exactly when my bank was updating. So Apple says my card failed and won’t let me renter it, it is my only card. Ideas?

Apple ID payment method why can't i link my card to my apple ID, i already linked it once and got a purchase, but second time i did it, it says your payment is limited, and that card is invalid now.
