Not able to use App Store and iTunes

Good morning, I’m concerned about why I cannot do any updates or downloading trough App Store? Every time I try to update one of my App and to download on a app, I’m receiving message that my account is disabled for the App Store and the iTunes? Please let me know soon as possible what is going on!

This is a public user to user forum. Nobody here is going to call you. Its a bad idea to post your number here unless you want tons of spam and scam calls.


You need to contact Apple Support directly. See here: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
