I have paired my new IPhone 11 Pro Max with my car and can listen to audio from my phone through my car speakers. And when I get a phone call, my car audio turns off, BUT, I can’t answer my phone and talk through my car speakers. The only option my phone gives me when a call comes through is speaker and phone. It used to give me “car multi media” as an option. Any ideas?

Based on the issue, your iPhone is not showing all options or recognizing the car's Bluetooth as a communication selection.
You can try to remove the pair between your car and iPhone. You'll also want to make sure your car is not already connected to a similar device. Then try to set up the connection again.
