How long does it take to receive an email after submitting an Apple Card application?

I applied for an Apple Card as I was purchasing a MacBook. The application appeared to go through, and the webpage said it was being evaluated. However I received ZERO emails to confirm either the purchase or the card application. This seems really pathetic, that the bank does not even acknowledge receiving a credit card application. So now I am questioning whether anything actually went through. I see no sign of the order of the MacBook, either.
