Hi, we have a trouble, our shop selling your devices and when client bought apple watch, device request old apple ID, but this device not used, I think we demonstrated to another client and don't properly reset device, Who can help us?

The person that paired the watch cancel order and leave shop, we can't find that person, person who demonstrated watch has not do this action and now person who bought this watch cannot activate device
The person that paired the watch with their phone needs to follow these steps;
The watch is of no use to anybody then unless you can find that person.
We can the device be reset appleID if there is a cash register receipt, how contact with apple support who do this?
