"Mail Has Stopped Responding"

For a week now I'm getting the same message when trying to load my icloud mail from a web browser: "mail has stopped responding, an error has prevented this application from working properly." I've tried multiple web browser apps and the same error message occurs. I've also tried this from different computers and I'm having the same issue across computers and browsers. I'm so frustrated right now that I want to abandon using icloud mail altogether. Is there a solution?

We want you to be able to access your iCloud email via a web browser, so let's get to the bottom of this.


Are you able to check your email from any devices without using iCloud.com? Do you have an issue with any other data using iCloud? This helps us to see if it is an account issue.


Make sure you have available iCloud storage space by following the steps here: Manage your iCloud storage


These steps specifically allow you to check from the website: "On a supported browser, sign in to iCloud.com, then click Account Settings."
