Cancel a subscription Apple tells me I don't have.

How do I cancel an i-cloud subscription when I'm told I have no subscription? I get billed for it regularly but have never used it, don't know how to use it, don't want it and I want the billing to stop. Also, I don't really want to involve the "community." Rather, I'd like to find a way to get to a customer service representative who can help me correct this.

If it is iCloud storage that you are being billed for, cancel by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. See instructions in: Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support

If you don't want help here, there is a Customer Support link at the top right of this page.

This is a community forum, so posting here automatically involves the community.

Who or what told you you don't have the iCloud storage subscription?

Have you verified your iCloud storage status to make sure you don't have it? Follow the steps in link provided by FoxFifth above.

If it doesn;lt sho up following those steps, did you ever have a different Apple ID you may have started the storage plan on and forgot about?
