i accidently deleted my files folder how do i get it back

I accidentally deleted my “files” folder app thingie. How do I get it back?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13

Did you delete a folder within Files or you deleted the app called Files? If it's the latter, you can re-download it from the App Store.

Thank you for responding. I deleted the app called “Files” I believe this app allows you to transfer files between the cloud and your iPhone. I have gone to the App Store to try to download it but the only option it gives me is “open” when I click the open button it shows a few files I recently worked on

If the only option is to 'Open', then it's already on your device. Could it be hidden on another page or within a folder?
