uninstall j5create drivers

If those drivers are now in Catalina's read-only operating system volume after the upgrade, there will be no removing them, even with a vendor's 64-bit uninstaller. You can only hope that Big Sur will detect legacy drivers on upgrade, and move them to where they can be removed by you.

You should be in touch with developers of the product, it's not an Apple product.
