Notes App Doesn’t Have Scan Option for iPad
For some reason, the photo icon and scan option does not show up on my iPad but does show up on my iPhone. Does the Notes App really have the scan option or is it just for iPhones?

Were you using the same account within Notes? That is, were both tests creating notes on your iCloud account, both on some other account, or maybe the iPhone on iCloud and the iPad creating a note on some other account? Not all accounts support notes with the same options; iCloud is the most versatile.
