Product delayed

Hi,

I bought my iphone 11. The product should arrive on July 28, 2020. Until this moment, I have not received anything. The product is still in the process of being delivered. What is happening?

If there is no update/delay reported, call the Apple Online Store (in the US, the number is 1-800-MY-APPLE) or the shipping company, if you know it.
