"This song is not synced across your devices"

It keeps saying "This song is not synced across your devices". I followed all the troubleshooting posted, (turn sync off and on, etc.) and it's still not syncing a bunch of tracks. The tracks on my iphone 11 Pro have the cloud with the ! inside it. Can anyone help?

Error

The song file is corrupt or there was an error uploading the song. Choose File > Library > Update Cloud Music Library to resolve this. If updating doesn't resolve the issue, try importing a new copy of the song into your music library.
