Is it necessary to have a third party security software like Norton 360 on my MacBook Pro, iPhone 11 or iPad?

No, and if you want a specific anecdote read Installing Norton LifeLock on a new Mac Book Air.

I'm reasonably sure Norton's "LifeLock" product includes "Norton 360". In any event you do not need it, or anything like it, on any of your Apple devices. Read Effective defenses against malware and other threats.
