Loading weather

My Apple Watch has been showing that it’s loading for over a week now. Still no change. Now it won’t show me the number of steps taken in a day either. That just started. I tried to connect it to my iPhone last night when I found it was not connected, but was unable to get it to do that either. Any thoughts on where I go from here?
