I have a lot of random audio files from making music that get onto my itunes. So I'm worried if I delete them all and they then delete on my computer I might need them. I just want to clean up my itunes though. Thanks

If you simply want them out of iTunes but keep the files on your hard drive for future use you can do that. Make sure you know where those files are before you delete. When you delete a track in iTunes, the system ask you if you want to also delete the file from your computer. If you say NO, it will remain in your iTunes Media Folder. If you say YES, the files will be put into your Trash and remain there until you Empty Trash.

If you don't have room on your computer but think you may need the files in the future, copy them to an external storage medium, i.e. a flash drive or hard drive, and keep it in a safe place.
If I delete all my audio files in my itunes library will the audio files still be somewhere on my computer?
