Lost MacBook Air

I left my Mac on a plane and was wondering if there is anyway to track it besides Find My.

No. Your MacBook Air will need to be connected to an active internet connection and be ON for it to transmit the location. Since you lost it on an AirPlane, I am assuming that it was either OFF or in sleep mode without any internet connection at this point.

Find My, as you know, will not work.

I am sure that you have reported the loss to the Airline and that is really the best that you can do.
