Problem with Adventure Academy App

Has anyone else had an issue with the Adventure Academy App? I recently purchased a new iPad for one of my children, downloaded the app and logged in. It worked fine for a few days, but started crashing, and now when you try to access it the app appears to open but then it takes you to a blue screen with nothing. I’ve attempted to restart the iPad, delete the app (it won’t allow me to delete, just gives me the option to hide). Nothing works. I’d appreciate anyone’s thoughts/comments.
