Apple Watch set annoying auto goal for walk

After my last update, I noticed a red “36 cal“ under my outdoor walk activity. Now, every time I do anything, my watch starts notifying me of how close I am to this 36 cal goal. Are you effing kidding me? I have looked through every string and searched multiple times to figure out how do I turn off this insidious insipid goal and notification. I can’t even walk to the bathroom. I can’t find anything to turn this off. All the instructions just launch the workout app. Please fix this horrible bug before I smash my watch into 1 million pieces.

Just before you start your next workout do this;

On the outdoor walk workout type tap on the 3 dots top right corner and then tap on Open then start a workout and when you've finished tap on end,the watch will remember your last setting and next time you do a workout it will be set to open goal.
