Screen problem

Hello guys I recently bought the iPhone 11 and I took it to the pool.The phone was working fine until I had a problem with the screen and when I open up an app some orange stripes and lines come out !I am disappointed because I thought my phone was waterproof...do you have any idea what it can be and what to do ?
