How to remove Duplicate contacts?

I accidentally merged my own contacts that I have saved with third part app to the icloud and now every contact is listed twice.

How can I remove the duplicates from my phone and icloud?

I have tried to use Support but its not available to where I am.

iPhone 5s, iOS 12

Try - If you see duplicate contacts after setting up iCloud Contacts - Apple Support.
