apple tv 4k factory reset
i have an apple tv 4k that displays the yellow yield symbol and the url for apple support. how to i factory reset it. can i connect it to a mac with iTunes? if so, how.

If you have an Apple TV 4K: If you see a warning symbol [and support.apple.com/appletv/restore], then contact Apple Support. They will likely instruct you to mail in, or make an appointment with an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
