iPhone Won't play music right when plugged into a USB port in my car and also won't charge.

When I plug my iPhone into the USB port in my car or bike it won't play music correctly. I does play when connected by bluetooth but you don't get full functionality that way. It also won't charge when plugged into the car or bike. I've tried different cables with the same result.

A few days ago, this thing started happening where, when the phone is connected, to play music no audio comes out (even though the song says it is playing). I’ve restarted my phone, unplugged the USB, turned my car off and back on, messed with all volume settings, and nothing worked.. I have also changed cords and checked for debris. The port itself is working fine because it charges my phone. It’s also not my speakers because the radio works fine and I can connect an iPod with no issues. This is specific to my iPhone. If you could please help I’d really appreciate it!

iPhone music plays, then pauses, when I plug it into my car's USB When I turn on my car and plug my iPhone XS into the USB port, the music I was previously listening to immediately starts playing on the car speakers, which is what I want. However, about 60-90 seconds later, the music pauses itself. Any idea why and how I can make it keep playing? Thanks!
