Incoming calls not ringing

Recently my phone (iPhone 11) started acting like it is on Do Not Disturb mode at all times. I do not receive notifications (ring or vibrate) for any incoming calls unless they are on my Favorites list. Please help. I’ve triple checked that Do Not Disturb is off and I’ve restarted the device.

some incoming iPhone calls do not notify me even though I do not have do not disturb enabled Frequently I am waiting for a call and my phone never rings or notifies me that the call is incoming. I only discover I missed the call when I look at Recent calls and see a number in red. Frustrating. No, "Do Not Disturb" is not enabled. This doesn't happen on all incoming calls, just a few, mostly numbers that are not in my directory. Would it help if I restored my iPhone back to default?

iPhone 7 does not ring for an incoming call I have checked "Do not disturb" and it is not set "on"--notifications have marimba for incoming calls--all others are checked--restarted iPhone--Sounds & Haptics buttons are all set "on"--ringer volume is set at ¾'s---Change with buttons is set "on"---

Have you checked the mute switch? It's on the side of the phone just above the volume buttons.

Yes. Silent mode is off.

Calls from non favorites go straight to voicemail. They don’t even ring for the person calling me.
