Why can’t I get a song playing out loud during screen record on Apple Music Store?

Yeah, but you can’t do that because the video you create by doing that would be a copyright violation, using someone else’s content in something that you produce.

You can not screen record on certain apps because of copyright reasons. This is why you can't screen record music. You can only access it through your Apple Music library.
