SCAM - IP Address Compromised

Got call on 7/29/2020 indicating my IP address was hacked. They identified themselves as Apple Support and indicated urgent or they would have to shut-down my existing IP address because it was compromised internationally. They had my attention until they wanted to verify if the hackers had accessed certain app's such as my banking app. They weren't asking for passwords but wanted me to open my account while they were "working my problem".
