I forget my apple id and password and email is disabled

Question

I forget my apple id and password and email is disabled

My email is disabled and i restore my iphone 6 after it ask to apple id and password but i forget it because i create it before 2 year i have valid box of my mobile how can i reactivate it please help me

See if you can recover the ID/password.

What do you mean by your email is disabled?

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
