Hi, i am considering purchasing iphone 11 or SE can you please let me know if i can eventually use this iphone with an italian or european sim card

If you buy it in Italy, the carrier or an unlocked phone-yes.

So basically if i buy an iphone here in the USA and the move back to Italy I can't use that phone?
