Can't Update Apps on Mac

I recently got a Mac after owning an iPhone for years. On that iPhone, I have uninstalled several Apple apps like Pages, Keynote, Garageband, etc. Now, on my Mac, it says that these apps need updates, but when I click "update" in the App Store, it says it can't because "it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID." I'm assuming this has something to do with how I uninstalled the apps on my iPhone? So I reinstalled the apps on my phone, and tried logging out of the App Store on my Mac and signing in again, but nothing has solved the problem yet. I would appreciate any ideas on how to fix this!

In the Mac App Store, accept them into your Apple ID. Alternatively, you can delete and redownload those applications, as well as iMovie and Numbers, but shouldn't do this with paid ones such as Final Cut Pro on a customized order.
