How to control overheating mac?

I recently purchased Macbook Pro (16 inch) and I get overheating issue. with iStat, I get following:
This looks like very much abnormal to me. How can I get it fixed.

Your definition of overheating and actual overheating are two entirely different things.
Your Mac isn't actually overheating unless it shuts itself down and you see this:
The fact that your fans are running no faster than 2100 RPM is further proof of this.
Note the chips you are concerned about are rated to operation up to and above 212ºF.
