I paying for my Lightroom account from apple, but in the app it’s didn’t shows

I would suggest contacting the app developer to see if they can tell you why you can't access the subscription: How to contact an app developer


If they don't/can't help, request a refund: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple
