iPhone 11 stock at recovery mode after water damage

my new iPhone 11 was used to take a picture in a pool with the phone not greater than 3meters below the water surface, it worked fine after some minutes I notice that there is some water in the screen and the side buttons are not working at all, 😞I couldn’t turn it off, I dry the surface and keep the phone to dry for hours after I check and see it in recover mode, the phone is stock in recovery mode and the side buttons ain’t working at all
