voicemails delayed .. also can't pick up calls

iPhone 11 Pro max - voicemails are delayed by at least a day. . .

set up to receive phone call from apple support and the phone doesn't ring . . the voicemail came and after 3 tries they told me I was done getting calls which I couldn't pick up ,
