Apple Watch warranty

I plan to buy 2 series 3 apple watches in the coming two weeks and I am getting a great deal on one of the online portals (noon.com, website in UAE and a few other GCC countries). If I go ahead and buy this, do I still get the standard Apple 1 yr warranty on The products? After I buy, can I pay and extend the warranty through Apple?
