Had trouble with midi controllers not allowing usb drivers install on MAC catalina - can someone recommend a brand for plug n play 61 keys, simpler the better, doesnt need much functionality, doing everything from logic pro. Thanks in advance.

Just make sure your preferred keyboard is class compliant this means you don’t need to install drivers. Check the specs.

I currently use the Novation Launchkey 61 key keyboard. While this keyboard is "meant" for Ableton, LPX has a cool feature that you can program the knobs on the keyboard to fit your liking. I have had no problems with it! If interested, I know Amazon has a good deal that you can get the keyboard, stand, and a sustain pedal for a good price. Best of luck!
