Problem
We all have restrictions. Even level 10 users can't post anything less than 30 seconds apart.
New users (such as yourself) have tighter restrictions at first. I think part of that is a limit of 5 posts per day. This is to discourage spammers.

Hang in there. The tightest restrictions don't last long. You don't need a whole lot of points to become Level 2, and things are more open.
