Suspicious Call

Hello,

I received a call from the following # ‭+1 (844) 779-7426‬ claiming to be Apple Support and advising that I had suspicious activity in my Apple Cloud account.

Can someone confirm if this is real or malicious? And if real, is there a number I can call to connect directly with someone to confirm my account was no compromised?

It was an automated message and it mentioned to be careful when connecting to Banking and Financial apps, and press 1 to speak with someone directly.

That is a scam call. Apple doesn't make unsolicited phone calls. If there was a problem you would be notified when attempting to log in, including when logging into this forum. Also see: Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

Also, the caller id number shown on scam and marketing calls is rarely the number actually originating the call. The number is usually spoofed.
