Having issues with my start up its going to a white screen with just a cursor ??

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?

No, i got a new ssd cause it now wont grt off the whiteish screen with the file and question mark flashing

I don't know if you can get anybody to look at it anymore, but I suspect some internal cable or fitting.
