Billing Issue

I am being billed for iCloud storage that is not mine.

iPhone 11, iOS 13

The Apple ID happens to be my sister's email address. I'm not sure why I am paying for her 200GB Storage Plan. I love her dearly but not sure why the Storage Plan is being charged to me. Order ID MM***MHB. Since I wrote to you earlier today, I have removed her name from my icloud Family Sharing. Would that alleviate the problem do you think?
