I tried to insert my memory card but it didn’t show on my Mac computer

In Fonder>Preferences>General & Sidebar, is show external drives checked?

Does it show up in Disk Utility?

Does it show in Disk Utility or System Report>Hardware?

Any luck yet?

I am also having the same problem and the slot for the memory card does not show up in finder
