Hi!
I'm trying to add a second Outlook email account to my Mac mail app but keep getting a message that it is 'unable to verify account name or password'.
Log-in details are definitely correct. Have tried adding through system preferences and through the Mail app but neither have worked.
Macbook Catalina.
Any ideas on how to fix this please?

I apologize if you have already tried the following:
I assume you have already created the new account in Mail.
From inside Mail, in the Mail menu upper left part of your screen, go to Preferences (don't select Accounts here in this menu, Accounts is right below Preferences). Inside Mail Preferences, select the Accounts button just to the right of General.
From there, select your new Exchange account that is giving you trouble. Enter the password there. The other entries should have been configured already when the amount was created.
Close the window and see if you can send and receive mail.
