No. Apple never calls users by phone when there is a security problem with their account. So, if you got such a call, then ignore it. Next, take a screenshot of this call's information. You'd find it in recent calls. Then send the screenshot off to Apple. A screenshot would include lots of data - such as date and time and the number. Once, send off, delete the screenshot from photos, if no longer needed.
