I have watch serie 1 (version 4.3.2) and iphone X (version 13.6),and the watch still stuck in version 4.3.2
How can I get the watchOS 6 in my watch?

In the Watch App on iphone it says Model: MJ472LL/A, but in the apple watch, settings, about, it says Model: A1554...
it´s a first gerneration, it's a shame it can't be upgrated because I really like this watch...
Or, perhaps this person doesn't have an Apple Watch Series 1 and instead has an Apple Watch 1st generation. The two are not the same. The 1st generation Apple Watch cannot be updated past watchOS 4.

Sounds to me like you have an original Watch, referred to as Series 0.
That's as far as the original watch can go.
