for some reason no matter which screen i go into there’s always an outline of a snapchat chat that is slightly faded, I've done everything advised, e.g. changed my background, but that doesn’t seem to be the problem because it’s not just whilst i’m on my home screen. When i screenshot the screen it doesn’t show up so seems like my phone is glitching out, can anyone help?
