How can I fix my iphone 6 which is missing hissing sounds and cutting out when I make calls?

No, Apple support was not able to help (not enough staff?) so I found something that suggested trying to rest my phone. Which I did but totally screwed things up as it has obliterated my passcodes for the phone, for the wifi and for Password.
Perhaps I will have to call in the big guns and blow the while thing up.!
thanks but I've tried those suggestions which did not resolve the problem.
so Apple Support also was not able to help?
